You may use NicheGraph only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

You are responsible for your account activity, the accuracy of submitted inputs, and any content you choose to generate, export, or share using the service.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features require an authenticated account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being used for abuse, fraud, security threats, or material violations of these terms.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis according to the pricing and billing interval shown at checkout.

Subscription renewals, cancellations, payment failures, and refunds are subject to the billing provider flow and any applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use NicheGraph to violate laws, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or abuse infrastructure and quotas.

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
  • No scraping or automated misuse beyond product intent
  • No attempts to bypass billing, rate limits, or account controls
  • No use that materially harms the reliability or security of the service

5. Generated Output

NicheGraph may generate research summaries, prompts, and other outputs using third-party language models. Generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before business, legal, or financial reliance.

You remain responsible for how you use generated output.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation

NicheGraph is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
